Karnalyte Resources’ vision is to become a leading low-cost producer of high quality, low sodium potash for agricultural and industrial markets. The Company intends to construct and operate a solution mining facility capable of producing 2.125 million tonnes of potash per year. The production plan calls for a staged approach to plant construction whereby the first phase of the project will result in production of 625,000 tonnes of potash per year and increase to 2.125 million tonnes of potash per year.

The Company’s near-term objectives are to obtain government approvals required for the next phase of the Wynyard Carnallite Project, obtain independent assays of product samples recovered from its test pilot facility, optimize product quality in cooperation with machinery and equipment suppliers and conduct further targeted seismic exploration and drilling to enhance its Mineral Resources and Reserves.

The Company also has a significant magnesium resource and is conducting a pre-feasibility study for the production of magnesium compounds in consideration of producing magnesium products as a second product line
