Bruce Townsend

Mr. Townsend has held a number of senior management roles. He was the Director, Financial Analysis Nitrogen Operations with Potash Corp from 2001 to 2009. Prior thereto he was Manager, Planning and Business Analysis with Potash Corp from 1991 to 2001. Mr. Townsend has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree from University of Saskatchewan.
Paul Sharpe

Mr. Sharpe is a Partner with the law firm Perley - Robertson, Hill & McDougall LLP and practices primarily in the chemical, biochemical and pharmaceutical fields, both nationally and internationally. Prior thereto, Mr. Sharpe was a Partner and a Senior Patent Agent with Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP, and was a Partner with Swabey Ogilvy Renault LLP from 2002 to 2008. He began his career almost 22 years ago and currently specializes in chemical process engineering. Mr. Sharpe is a fellow of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and is a member of the Licensing Executives Society, the Chemical Institute of Canada, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and the International Federation of Intellectual Property Attorneys. Mr. Sharpe currently serves on the board of directors of several private Canadian companies and served on the Board of Examiners in the Canadian Intellectual Property Office from 2003 through 2006. Mr. Sharpe received his Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Carleton University in 1989. He became a Registered Patent Agent with the Canadian Patent Office in 1994 and received his registration to practice before the United States Patent Office in 1994.
Ian Brown

Mr. Brown is a Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of financial and capital markets experience. Mr. Brown is currently an independent businessman and corporate director. Mr. Brown was a Senior Managing Director of Raymond James Ltd. from 1995 to 2005. Prior thereto, he held the position of Executive Vice Present of the Alberta Stock Exchange from 1986 to 1995. Mr. Brown is presently an active board member of a number of public and private companies, including Bonavista Energy Trust, Cathedral Energy Services Ltd., Petrobank Energy and Resources Ltd., PetroBakken Energy Ltd. and the Canadian Investor Protection Fund. Mr. Brown has also previously served on the boards of the TSX Group and Market Regulation Services. Mr. Brown receives his Bachelor of Arts degree from McMaster University in 1979, his Bachelor of Commerce degree from University of Windsor in 1980, and his Chartered Accountant designation in 1983.
Mark Wayne

Mr. Wayne has over 20 years experience in corporate finance and related matters. He was a securities lawyer in Calgary for seven years before entering the investment industry in 1987. He has helped raise early rounds of capital for several public and private companies over the years, in a variety of sectors including oil and gas, mining and technology. Currently, Mr. Wayne is the Vice-President of MGI Securities Inc., the Chairman of Alamos Gold Inc., and Chief Financial Officer of Antares Minerals Inc. Mr. Wayne was the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lightyear Capital Inc. from 2001 to 2004, and served as Chief Financial Officer of QGX Ltd. from 1996 to 2006. He has served and is currently serving as a board member on several public and private companies.
Sean Durfy

Mr. Durfy was the President, CEO and director of WestJet Airlines from 2006 through 2010, and Executive Vice President of Marketing, Sales and Airports for WestJet from 2004 through 2006. Prior to joining WestJet, Mr. Durfy was the President of ENMAX Energy Corporation from 2001 through 2004, and Vice President of Unregulated Business from 1999 through 2001. Mr. Durfy currently serves as a Board Member and Chair of Compensation and Governance Committee for Touchstone Exploration Inc. and a Board Member of Northland Power Inc. Mr. Durfy has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Finance and Marketing from Dalhousie University.
Raymond Floyd

Mr. Floyd has helped some of the world's largest industrial sites and global multi plant operations achieve best-in-class performance during his four-decade career at ExxonMobil, General Motors and Suncor Energy. Mr. Floyd is a retired ExxonMobil executive and is currently Senior Vice President at Suncor Energy. In 2011, Mr. Floyd was inducted into the IW Manufacturing Hall of Fame and received the Shingo Research and Professional Publication Award. Mr. Floyd has a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering degree from Case Western Reserve University; a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Franklin Law School, Capital University; a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston and has completed the International Management Development Program at the Institute for Management Development in Lausanne, Switzerland.
Vishvesh D. Nanavaty

Vishvesh D. Nanavaty is the General Manager of Finance at Gujarat State Fertilizers and Chemicals Ltd. (GSFC), a large joint-sector company with more than US$1 billion turnover, and Karnalyte’s strategic partner. Prior to his role as General Manager of Finance, Mr. Nanavaty was GSFC’s Company Secretary, and before joining GSFC, was Senior Finance Manager and Company Secretary at Johnson Pump (India) Ltd. Mr. Nanavaty is a Chartered Accountant, and received a First Class Commerce degree from The Gujarat University. In addition, Mr. Nanavaty received designations from The Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India and The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
