Karnalyte Resources is a potash company. The Company, incorporated in 2007, is engaged in the business of exploration and development of high quality agricultural, industrial potash and magnesium products. Karnalyte’s primary objective is to become a leading low-cost producer of high quality potash using proprietary improvements to a known solution mining process, with minimal environmental impact. We plan to produce high quality, low sodium, uniformly sized granular potash pellets for the agricultural market and industrial grade potash compacted flakes.
